Win an apartment in the UK absolutely free. The property prize is part of Atlas Mill, a recently completed development situated near Bolton, Greater Manchester.

This free raffle is run by über Massclusive, a Manchester based property development company, as a marketing tool to promote their new project, totalling 69 flats.

First built in 1866 following the "cotton famine" triggered by the American Civil War, Atlas Mill enjoys a good location in the lively community.

Who won?

The raffle winner was drawn by the Mayor and Mayoress of Bolton. Sharon Cochrane from Leigh won the top prize, the keys to Flat No.4, a contemporary one-bedroom apartment with wooden floors and a fully fitted kitchen. This free sweepstake attracted a total of 3,961 entries.

What a stroke of luck I can't believe they got less than 4000 people to enter the draw... Talk about great odds! Right now it costs between £60k and £120k to buy a flat in Atlas Mill (listed on Trovit)... Nice prize.
