The T&Cs say that the site is "only open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over." The way I read that if you live in London and over 16 you're eligible to win... ps nice name by the way!  Can I enter?

What a lovely place! I hope whoever wins this keeps it and does not sell it. For me I would keep it and just be happy to have such a lovey home and it's in London... Oh my god it's so lovely!
